Circuit Class: A fun, fast paced class incorporating the Pilates reformer, tower, and chair. You move through a series of exercises and full body movements that emphasize your core musculature including: stomach, back, buttocks, arms and legs. All movements promote strength, stability, improved posture, and increase overall range of motion.

Mat Class: Uses your own body weight for resistance. This class will help to strengthen the core and will assist in improving overall strength, flexibility, and are an integral part of developing a long and lean Pilates body.

30 Minute Reformer Class: A total body workout in 30 minutes using the Pilates reformer. The movements emphasize the core muscles and promote strength, stability, improved posture, and increase overall range of movement.

30 Minute Chair Class: Spend 30 minutes working your core to the max using the Pilates chair. It is a fun, unique, and challenging 30 minutes that will change the way you think of Pilates.

30 Minute Jump-board Class: A cardio Pilates workout. Strengthen the core while pumping the heart up. This is a 30 minute total body workout with a much needed burst of cardio.

Happy Hour Class : Friday night only, join us for an hour fun happy hour to start our weekend! We will have beverages and laughs to share after class so come prepared to have a great time. (Classes to start in February 2010)
